Nicely said. I was going to respond to this post but I was too irritated at the stupidity of RTI's management to write a lucid response. I am absolutely amazed at the number of companies that have issued floorless convertibles. Isn't anyone reading the legal documents or is management so arrogant that they feel that they can operate their way out of their predicament? These floorless convertibles are a death sentence for the common shareholders.

RTI is not converting...

These Canadian Crooks are short about 1.5-2 Million shares...(the debenture was for about 1/4th of that).....and are about to get their butts handed to them in a squeeze....

It is illegal for these companies to naked short a stock and then try to use restricted debenture shares for the cover.

In the next few days, maybe we will see who the morons are...
