(OTC BB: ACCR), a pioneer service provider of Internet telephony, today announced it has been awarded a three year contract to provide Internet telephony services to Access Universal, Inc., a Texas corporation. Access Universal will be assuming the existing customer base and existing voice telecommunications traffic of Trademaster International, a Texas company, and Universal Services Enterprises, Inc., a Florida corporation for the purposes of this contract. The agreement calls for a minimum 3,000,000 minutes per month of traffic between the United States and the Philippines to be handled by the Access Power Advanced Communications™ network.
