After all that, I got curious and read the 10Q. Interesting how you can see ALL the dirty laundry in the 10Q. I guess companies don't expect the public to read.

XYBR has about $1M in cash and A/R (as of 3rd qtr). They have to pay Sony 10M yen a month for services. Where are they going to get it? Their sales are under $1M. This is an emerging industry which will take time to develop. The principals have the board locked up so that no one can kick them out. THey can water the stock by 1/3 (7M shares) at their whim without recourse to the stockholders.

I'm amazed they aren't out of business already.
