Hi Joyce,

Maybe this will work:

1. Go to your "control panel" and select the "printer folder".

2. Double click on your current printer.

3. Click on "file" and then click on "properties".

4. Open the "details" tab and click on the "spool settings".

5. Change your setting to "print directly to printer".

Try this and let me know.
