Hi Michael, Thought I sent this in last night but don't see it posted -- forgive me if this is a dupe. The kind folks at Fidelity are trying to make me an offer I can't refuse -- they are tendering an offer to buy up to 10% of FAK. Don't know if you still hold any, but would you consider selling (at a loss, in my case) at NAV? I note that FAK might have to sell stock to raise money for the tender (sheesh!). What kind of effect does this type of tender usually have on a CEF short- and long-term. Muchas Gracias, Dave
