Thank you Mr. Mark for coming to my defense on the cap lock issue. I really appreciate it!! My original question on Mon. night March 8th was "what's up with the Account Administration on MBT's website"?
Monday night the entire left side of the MBT website's homepage was unavailable. I simply posted this short question to see if anyone had called MBT on it earlier.
The replies I received were not related to my initial question.
Tuesday the website page was back up and working again and I was able to go into account administration to access my margin and end of day reports.
As for the "two account numbers debacle" it has been solved to my satisfaction. I believe that it was an honest mistake on the part of MBT and was quickly rectified to my satisfaction.
All of the fast execution brokers are having growing pains. The important thing to consider here with MBT is their prompt response to the problem. The folks at MBT are very helpful. People who try to amplify my questions into huge concerns obviously have an ax to grind with MBT.
Sincerely,
LuAnne

Mr. Mark, I think you need to take an aspirin. Don't you think you were just a bit out of line with "John O?"

Complaints about people who continuously use ALL CAPS are quite justified. Nothing wrong with pointing out bad manners when you see them, especially when it's over and over and over again with the same person.

I wonder about these people who cannot seem to control their keyboards caps-lock. How do they ever manage to trade?
