Jules: Net Mgmt/Accounting is in demand but there are a Number of players in this field too.

When a stock is down this long, hardware & software Engineers try to head to greener pastures. What is left are usually the dregs & they
keep fumbling the ball. Mgmt should recognize this.

It is better for them to sell out.
