COUNTER CLOCKWISE = RISING PRICE MM screens indicate a rising price when Ask prices pop off (and the levels move up), and the Bid levels are pushed down. You will see the topmost Bid and Ask prices increasing, a fraction at a time.

CLOCKWISE = FALLING PRICE A falling price is indicated by Bid prices popping off (Bid levels moving up), and Ask prices being pushed downward. Again, the topmost price on each side will steadily decrease.

If the prices move down on the right (Ask prices) and up on the left (Bid Prices) CW bad stock going down

If the opposite happens CCW good stock going up.

This as pointed out to me is the opposite in short positions
