I already use IDTC Net2Phone through a calling card and LOVE IT. For example:

All domestic calls, 5 cents.

I'm not Israeli, but a great example is if you want to call Israel from America it's 10 cents/min.

One could call India for something like 44 cents/min (could be lower).

I call Africa for 64 cents/min, a steal to compared to what I pay now.

And the connections are really good! I thought I'd be sacrificing quality, but not at all.
