So of the 8.7M shares fully diluted, 2.5M are restricted. 3.5M make up the public float. What's the status of the other 2.7M shares?

Something doesn't add up .....

E-mail from LCSG said "I want it made crystal clear that these services are independant services and have received NO compensation for doing so" but disclaimer from Hotstock News said "HotStock News received a modest fee of US $5,000 cash from the Company as compensation for its efforts in research, presenting, and disseminating this information."

Can anybody explain ?????
