Yes you can trade options. In the money I would think is best.

Setting stops. Difficult especially if you are trading internet. You could get stopped out with a 10pt leeway only to see the stock pop right back up. Internets are different all together but still, putting in a reasonable stop to protect profits is always prudent. Maybe not fun, but prudent.
On less volatile stocks I trail by about 2pts, 3pts if the stock looks strong and is a little more volatile. Sometimes it isn't enough.
