LindyBill, I am just hoping the talks of settlment might just accelerate the run up in the stock that is expected leading up to the split. I think the move is inevitable but as options buyer, i prefer sooner rather than later!

Still curious about those Nasdaq futures in the morning. I am expecting a turn around from down 4.8.
