Hi Dwane,

My monitor is also classified as a Plug and Play. The drivers you should get updated are your video card drivers. Check your display settings in the Control Panel, and that will tell you what card you have.

I think that's what got my problem solved. Then again, I had the added problem of having a 3D accelerator card in my system. Turns out I had to install the default video driver first, then the 3D card driver, then the updated video drivers, updated monitor driver, then the updated 3D driver for it all to work as it should.

Then again, that was a special case. If I were you, I would update that video driver first to see if it solves it.
