Jeff, I may be wrong on this...but you just wrote your ticket to a lawsuit. I believe that was copyrighted information :)

Jeff,

Yeah. I saw the same article posted over on Yahoo and Raging Bull. Some legal clown from the law firm of Dewey, Cheetem and Howe authored an "Intention to Sue Brief" over on Motley Fool against some innocent poster who had the nerve to post a link and merely quote from the news release, rather than post the entire article...

IF YOU COPY A NEWS RELEASE FROM ANY PUBLICLY TRADED COMPANY, MAKE SURE THAT IT IS THE NEWS RELEASE DIRECTLY FROM THE COMPANY AND NOT RELEASES DISSEMINATED FROM ANY NEWS WIRE SERVICE. THE COMPANIES THAT PUT OUT THESE RELEASES DO NOT MIND IF YOU POST THEM. HAVE THE COMPANIES OR THEIR PR FIRMS FAX OR EMAIL YOU A COPY OF THE CORPORATE RELEASE AND USE THAT.
