I too am frustrated. Like the rest of the stock holders. My perspective is that the company is tremendously undervalued. Granted the last year fell short of expectations including the company prior to that the company had grown at an average of 30%yr/yr. I am also frustrated by the demand by others to explain the price action, fundamentals of the company, its strategy, strenghts relative to other dsp solution companies. Mostly I am frustrated by the quality of some of the posts on the thread. Here are the last 9 post from AH 3/8/99 The previous message was posted nearly 3 hours ago yet the members of the "Rose Colored" glasses gang have not answered. You may have not like my tactics on this board but it obviously has caused a few people to post their concerns/feelings. I thought this person composed a well thought group of questions..Come on Nord, Pat, Sarah, ED, etc al,..Oh thats right Sarah..Why should you do any of our research.. 3/4/99 Yes, please...someone post all key insiders and BOD members for Spectrum and their stock holdings. 3/4/99 Is it true that at least one Spectrum board member doesnt own a single share of SSPIF stock? 3/3/99 To: pat mudge (2280 ) From: andy harrison Wednesday, Mar 3 1999 3:54PM ET Reply # of 2303 Here is something intelligent Patricia: We are all STUCK in this stock. We cant sell it or we will tank the price to a much lower price than it is at now. To: pat mudge (2276 ) From: andy harrison Wednesday, Mar 3 1999 2:36PM ET Reply # of 2303 Pat: I dont believe you. Your pissed at the company and the stock price. Admit it. To: pat mudge (2264 ) From: andy harrison Wednesday, Mar 3 1999 1:47PM ET Reply # of 2303 Time to celebrate??? Are you short this stock?? Pat: In your wildest dreams did you ever think that when you bought this stock (at least a year ago) that it would be flirting with the $2/share threshold? I heard through the grapevine that you own at least 100,000 shares of this stock. You cant be happy. What if anything do you plan to do about it? (I wouldnt want to offend) Come on insiders..step up to the plate. FYI: Another Canadian company QLT Phototherapuetics has dropped the "F" from its symbol. Come on BJ etc..step up to the plate. To: nord (2262 ) From: andy harrison Monday, Mar 1 1999 1:28PM ET Reply # of 2303 If this stock hits $2 bucks, I am going to vomit on my shoes. In light of this decision, I have decided not to eat while watching the stock trade. Just like the media is speculating that the NJ NETS coach may be on his way out, I have to think that BJ has one foot on a cliff and the other foot on a banana peel. I often call truckers and the like to pick up small (I mean small) shipments and they show up the same day. It is hard for me to get too motivated to respond to this stream of unconsciousness. It is not my job to inform the thread or promote the company. Norden
