RE: TC2000

Pros:
* Software is FREE
* Easy to use interface
* ~10,000 historical charts (data)
* Built in scans
* Easy to write your own custome formulas (scans).

Cons:
* $29.95 a month to update the data on your HDD.
* No OTC-BB

I wrote some simple formulas to scan the entire 10,000 stock
database for volatile stocks (i.e., stocks that have some
decent intraday movement for daytrading purposes).

I am working on a "spike detector" to find stocks that made some
major breakout in price.. to short perhaps.. <g>
Or to find stocks that have been severely battered and maybe a dead
cat bounce will come..

The bottom line is this. No-one can predict the future, buying software and trying to find the next stock that will soar is
impossible.. So, since predicting the future is out, what to do ?
Howbout analyze the past.. Look for BS stocks that made major
price movement upward and perhaps playing the short game ?

Why ? When a stock spikes upward (either manipulation, hype, etc..)
what do you think will happen next ? The people involved will
sell, the shorts get flagged and short-it, either way, there will
be SOME downward pressure.. Jump in da bandwagon!!
