>>Am I in trouble with the SEC? That's the first time I have heard this. Just were is your
evidence of this? Is it published anywhere? if it is I must have missed it, and I know you
would have blasted the link here.

I don't know whether you are in "trouble" with them or not, I know you were contacted by them and asked to produce documentation regarding your trading activities and contacts with a promoter of TVSI. If they compared the answers you gave them to the comments you posted on various threads, they may have had some additional questions for you.

The link to your comments about SEC investigation.

Your answer to the SEC stating you only had one active trading account:

3. See attachments regarding trade confirmations. That is my only actively traded
account for the past two years.

Your posts indicating you have/had multiple accounts for trading.

Mike Remarks: I didn't say that rookie investor boy. It was your boy who reported the
lack of certificates. Don't twist my words for your purposes.

Mine: I may just buyout your firm just to let you go! I have 4 brokerage accounts and
they trade a very impressive amounts of $$$ through them, as my last 5 years have
been very, very good to me. Don't you have some 6 figure cold calls to make?

That's a load of crap!
I can sell shares not in account, and I use several discount brokers.
PCFN for one...

I use PCFN for these types of stocks.

No problems with certificates calls.
I have an account at CHASE also for the BIGGER blue chips.

... You have started that you have 100 shares of OVIS. I have one certificate for
21,715 OVIS shares and stock that I could not get in certificate form still in one of my
accounts. ...

... I do however tend to profit some 3 to 5 million dollars from my own stock. Every
here has the potential to profit very nice if we act as a team and not individuals. That's
the secret to this pending squeeze. Last year alone I traded some 8 million dollars into
one of my other accounts and I don't do this for fun. I do it as a business. That's to
make money, and big money. Though I do give portions of it away. ...

...I am a retired NYPD Police Officer. I retired on a medical disability (broken neck)
some seven years ago. I am also a professional actor, TV-Show consultant and avid
stock investor. Last year alone I traded over 8 million dollars in my personal accounts.
My money has been made in the market and some from the acting and other things that
I do. ...

Robert,
Think about changing brokers. Open a new account and do a DTC transfer. Several
shareholders have done so already and it's fast and painless.

I use PCFN, or CHASE, some other use Waterhouse, etc.

Would you place your social security number here?
I would not place my account numbers here, as that information could be looked up by
others in the market.
