i would call the company 203-876-1800 and speak with either norma gold (c.f.o) or gerald stewart (c.e.o.)and let them know that senior management and the board have a fiduciary responsibility to communicate with the shareholders since they are so late in filing the sept. year end figures and even the q1 figures ended dec. 31st. at the end of this month q2 will be completed. i would also send a fax to each of them and to howard davidoff (who is on the board and owns 14% of the stock) and his fax number is 212-980-2630) let them know your dis-pleasure and that you would like jim jacob to be on the board. lets make this happen!!!! best regards to all jim
