Carl, be careful with PDX. After digging a little more, I'm not fully convinced that it will only go down. I think it has equal chance of going up 10 pts or down 10 pts from here.

EQMD was a short like ya read about, huh? Only had a small position in PDX so I have not done much digging on it. Usually once the music stops (i.e. stock craters) on a roll-up the party is pretty much over. We'll see what happens here.
