1) You either mix personal funds with corporate funds, with sloppy record keeping...

2) You are under capitalized......

Yes, I know what Mr. Rocker does - he handles the paperwork for companies that want to incorporate in Nevada. BTW, the DGIV file number with the Nevada Secretary of State is 5874-1994.

I've been looking in a variety of places for information about Digitcom. I even know about the court case (number B096866).

But I am really interested in what turns up in the SEC documents I've requested...
