Angel, believe it or not, I actually agree with many of your recent posts.....BUT,

>>>Is your obcession [sic] with nailing Riley getting the best of your good judgement?<<<

No!....but your defense of Riley IS getting the best of your judgement. While you have shown a neutral stance in some of your recent posts....you haven't been willing (like Daddy and a few others) to take the real guilty party on in a direct way. Until you do, your posts against s martin and other nays that are trying to point out his hypocrisy will fall on deaf ears by both the so called "nays and yeas."

That said, keep on doing what you are doing.....It is progress.

>>However, I am still entitled to my opinions.<<

Well we agree, you're entitled to your opinion. You apparently disagree that I am entitled to mine. I disagree.

Am I going to take part in a lawsuit against RMIL ? Not on your life, I didn't lose a dime to them. I take credit that what I and many others posted, saved many people from losing theirs.

Any attorney worth his salt would tell you you'll never recover your money. Any attorney who tells you otherwise should be avoided, IMO. The defense would merely need to offer this thread into the record to show that you all claimed you knew exactly what you were doing, were fully aware that there were no fundamentals and all used "money you could afford to lose" to buy your stock. If you want to have the fox in hen house again, then let Riley spearhead your efforts, I'm sure he'll be very honest this time around. NOT

I've been gone for three weeks on a Sturgis, SD road trip. I still own TVSI and am not
to happy with the present share price.

I suggest you look what MGBA is finally doing. As for AREE (TVSI), I did not
even own it during the raise to .30 cents from .03 cents. I had sold for a loss
some four months before the spike!

Angel,

I agree with you. The people that are responsible for the scam and fraud, and also illegal shorts should be brought to justice in the form of civil lawsuits, if not criminal convictions.

I urge all shareholders to join Mork's lawsuit (I am still named as a defendant in that matter.). Mork has the only suit going. That's if his attorney refiles as per the court;s civil minutes from Feb. 22nd, 1999. Otherwise on March 15th, 1999 the action will be throw out on the grounds mentioned in the civil minutes and 18 page official court order that I have.

I am still seeking an attorney to represent us shareholders, and I suggest that all other shareholders do the same thing.

Like yourself, I am guilty of believing the press releases, SEC filings, and any other public information that was available on the RMIL operations. I was taken in just like all other shareholders.
