EMCG 16 5/16 ask, PE <12 projected growth 24% cash 8.45 p/b 1.13 management implemented a posion pill policy that has knocked the price of this issue down to current levels. 58% of stock is held by inst. and they don't like it either and are forcing the issue in the next shareholders meeting. IMHO the provision will be overturned, which should free the stock to move higher.
