Frost,

Just some food for thought:

On April 24th, Vivus will start losing its 52 week high of 14 1/4 after Wole's buy recommendation last year.

I believe that if Vivus can wrap up its domestic partner deal before April 24, 1999 we will be breaking to a new 52 week high and that long awaited "gap filling" will occur.

Vivus is now on everyone's radar screen, the day traders the momentum players and most important the institutions. As of last week Vivus had only 23% institutional ownership with 89 institutions holding Vivus stock. Certainly a far cry from the 60%+ institutional holdings of the past glory days.

I think all of us battered and worn long term holders finally sense a real change in sentiment.

Frost,

Here is another thing I found interesting in terms of good timing on the Vivus press release:

Reuters released press releases on March 5, 6, 7 and 8 under Pfizer about the study done on the effects of Viagra in women with sexual dysfunction conducted at Columbia Presbyterian which proved that Viagra is essentially WORTHLESS in woman.

biz.yahoo.com

Can you spell that Kahuna? W-O-R-T-H-L-E-S-S!!!

So much for all that media bs hype regarding Viagra as the "panacia" for all our sex problems. And shame on the media for disseminating garbage before any actual controlled studies were conducted!

Still waiting for that all important data that will again prove that Viagra is an unsafe drug when used in the CVD patient.

Can you count to 400 Kahuna?
