I did notice that number - 24.9 million. That extra million shares probably came out of the 6 million that could arise from the converts, options, warrants, etc.

On a fully diluted basis (including converts, warrants, options, etc), the number is probably 42 million shares.

Last year, SEVL did not file its 10-K in time. It will probably do the same this year. The change of auditors will definitely not help.
