I don't mind a long-term short if I am comfortable it won't run away. No difference from having a portfolio of long-term long holdings, especially value plays which the market hasn't recognized. Overvalued pigs often fly high for months before they crash. PRBZ isn't generating enough earnings to justify its price. It should trade in the 20's or lower in the near future. Ditto IMON, GBUR, ICCSA and ENMD.

Internuts are unpredictable. I sold my CMGI calls too soon, but I wanted to take some money off the table and that was the best way to do it (my options account is separate and needed some cash). Now I will hold the common through earnings, come what may.

My gut tells me CMGI will continue to run; my head tells me it may have come too far too fast already.

Coin toss on what to do from here.
