Per his 1997 13(G) filing with the SEC, Kenneth Seiff owned 499,157 shares which represented 18.32% of the company at that time.

As of Setember 30, 1998 E. Kenneth Seiff owns 505,157 shares of Bluefly . This represents 18.59% of the outstanding shares.

He also has 25,000 stock options that were given to him as part of his 1997 compensation.
