HELLO LT Did you read Fridays PR if not maybe this will help you out. Microphonics has assembled a unique trio of divisions that unite the Company's ultrasound hardware with software applications. The Microphonics Division develops and markets The Microphonics Automotive Diagnostic System(A07) to the automotive and motor sports industries. The Ultraphonics Division develops and markets The Ultraphonic Detector(Model 111RCK), a hand held precision test device designed for industrial use. The Soundlogic Division develops software which both refines and elevates mechanical ultrasound diagnostics to state-of-the-art technology. Plus if you really look close to these dates who filed for Ultraphonic Date trademark first. Ultraphonics of North America was incorporated 4/15/1990 and applied for the trademark Ultraphonics in 3/94 CTRL applied for the Trademark ULTRAPHONIC 11/94 unless I do not know how to read a calander we applied first for these rights . GM, FORD, and Nascar would be all over us for using there names. I feel we have a Legit company here. David

Has anybody read a Dictionary or Science Book from our school days lately . ULTLRAPHONICS is a name of a specific wave that has many uses for it. We have a cleaning machine at work that uses Untrasonmic waves and hot water to clean the oil off our parts it saves the enviroment a company named CREST Ultrasonics makes this machine. We also have another Ultrasonic Machine that takes burrs off pieces when I get home tonight I will explian more this whole thing over the word ULTRAPHONICS is getting out of hand now. David
