I know for a FACT that CSMA will give Velvex (or veltex, whichever)
50,000,000 shares as part of the merger deal.

Therefore, CSMA will then have 82,000,000 outstanding
shares issued.

Now figure it out. There WILL be a RS!

So FWIW, make your own decisions!
BTW, want to put a wager on if the above will happen or not?

TO ALL: We need to remain patient. No business succeeds overnight. Don't be influenced by the bitterness and negativity by many posts here.

good advice. but you gloss over the responsibility of the company to work for its shareholders. you call it speculative, but investment at any level is based on information. the points that have been made here are that the company has not provided accurate information to its shareholders. that's not speculation folks. you people who expect everyone to continue following blindly are doing a disservice to everyone here.

now you and a couple others seem to want to defend the company on basically any point made. how is that constructive? i agree that personal attacks are inappropriate. but shareholders need to police their investments. the company cannot be allowed to publish inaccurate information to the investing community - that's a big no no as my prior posts have made clear. i've posted my email for anyone with information to contact me and fill in the blanks. i didn't receive any positive information. that should concern people here.

the management of this company needs to stop acting like their privately held and step up to the responsibilities entrusted to them by the owners of the company. i've contacted the company on many occasions. what was the last information you had on the well ron? don't you think they were able to get all the state people together by now to get that signoff? do you have information that suggests they are still on track with the M3 report?

i could care less about velvet industries. i invested in a class V waste well, air fresheners with a super distribution outlet, some speculative oil and fully reporting status. you're suggesting velvet industries is reasonable alternative? where are the numbers to support that? what are the business arrangements to be? again, no information related to a material event in the life of this company. and again i ask, how is this appropriate?

final point. don't characterize valid questions as bitterness or negativity. you say be patient so i ask, is the well generating revenue from class V waste yet? you got to give to get. everyone here should be raising these issues with the company. cheers.

Question of the day..........
OK, Velvet is a company of what country?

The last news release, is talking about how well Veltex
is doing and is going to do. So what does that have
to do with CSMA?

Who can explain that?
