Pretty doom and gloom thread here. I've loved and used their products for years, and I was surprised to here that a company in my back yard bought them out a while back. I'm thinking about jumping in and checking these guys out. In you opinion what's the current state of affairs - I will call IR locally here (trillium corporation is the new owner and maybe pay them a visit). Thoughts?

I just read the November PR and it sounds pretty bad. Declining sales, making no money, can't pay vendors, a right off against earnings for good will (could be a tax move). Is there anything positive left in this picture you are aware of.

Do you know how many shares are outstanding?
How many shares in the float?

If your no longer in GOYL just let me know and I will not bug you.

Thanks.
