El: I don't agree with most of the repetitive criticisms of CPQ and EP and EM on this thread. But I would like to suggest to all who harbour such criticisms, in good faith, that it might be more satisfying and effective if they were to send them as an e-mail letter not to IR, or even to EP or EM, but to the Chairman of the Board. Much of the criticism seems to be relevant to his sphere of responsibility i.e. (a) suitability of EP and EM (b) balance between revenue growth and return to shareholders (c) veracity and reliability of company pronouncements and reputation of the company (d) focus of the company's "mission".

victor.... I agree that the DEC integration contribution to the quarter is an unknown and COULD add significantly to the bottom line in Q1. Futures crumbling as I type. El
