Morning. I just fax'd the SEC. It goes like this....

Dear SEC:

I have never seen Anthony Elgindy (aka A@P) present any facts or DD (Due Diligence) on Silicon Investor. Rather, I did see him manipulate and threaten investors as well as personally attack a young woman named Lynn without apology or remorse. This I have seen in the last week.

In constrast, last month 100 people, at their own expense, traveled to NYC to join Joe Park (aka Tokyo Joe) in a no-host dinner just to get acquainted since we use anonymous user names on the internet. Mostly, Joe posts facts, analysis and interpretations (DD) on his thread. An investor is completely unarmed and vulnerable without DD.

Joe Park is well-educated and tolerant of newbees who ask stupid questions. He's protective of everyone's opinion, no matter how ridiculous, and has established a system of monitors to ensure that no one is abused or insulted by the banter that takes place daily.

I learned from Joe and the resources he advised me to study. I discovered him in the Wall Street Journal. I like doing things on my own and he is the reason why I am doing that today.

The SEC has no business in a feud between two grown men on the internet. That the SEC is engaged in this investigation is alarming to me. Separately, I am demanding to know from my representatives in the US Congress how the SEC can spend resources on this project.

Rather, it would be nice to see the government focus on the corrupt practices of company's management, especially in their accounting systems, which is the source of untold losses suffered by individual investors.

...Now, back to trading.

Kat
