siliconinvestor.com To: Ken Ludwig (241 ) From: Ken Ludwig Wednesday, Aug 13 1997 2:16AM ET Reply # of 13127 I talked to Gary Morgan yesterday and was satisfied that the leases are for the buildings OVIS rents in"free zones" in DR and Nicaragua plus the Florida facility. The asset base is in machinery and equipment. He will try to renegotiate the $200k note next week but says they can meet the terms anyway but it will be tight for cashflow. The mysterious $1.5 million claim has not reappeared. Earnings to be breakeven for this year ending June 97. I mention these things because I have invested in a real company not a short squeeze and thought others would like to know also. Maybe the shorts will get squeezed or maybe some other chicanery is afoot. I'm trying to stay focused on the business, and make money in something other than a wild crapshoot about which I have NO information. Good Luck all. Ken Ludwig
