Good morning, Yogi. Thanks for the question. We originally had to send the information out to our paid subscribers for obvious reasons. Yogen Fruz advised that butterfat costs can range between 10-18%, depending on the product. They could not be specific with respect to cost breakdown per product for competitive reasons but suffice to say 10-18% is a significant cost factor.
