I agree Jon, but I also think MRPS should get the chance to make a more formal reply to the email from Mr. Roche from CTRL. This email apparently went to a number of people and without a formal response, can give new investors a very confusing picture on MRPS.

Jon is right

The issue is the technology not the name
What is the worst that can happen? - the name gets changed!
Micromanaging this Company via the internet is ok to a degree but only once per issue that arises.
A lot of time gets wasted by the Company when many investors all ask the same question. Whoever had the idea of one spokesperson from the thread was on target, but before the Company gets asked the question, we as investors should discuss what are the important questions to ask. If any one investor still wants a certain question asked after that then they do have the absolute right to call the Company. I think you will find that with the quality of this thread most questions will be resolved before they ever get to the Company

Jon,
Re your 2899, while I agree conceptually with the fact that all companies involved with technology have legal and patent squabbles, I don't think that being on the backburner is reason not to investigate.
I think that CTRL, Inc., in particular, looks at potential dollar signs in its corporate eyes. Let's say, for example, that Mr. Roche hasn't done much of anything over the years to develop the product. But, all of a sudden, there is a major increase in interest in MRPS stock based upon the ULTRAPHONICS trademark of a product that CTRL Systems, Inc. may (or may not) have been involved. Well, if Mr. Roche could file a lawsuit (and win) then his company could just have a chance to gain money with no effort at all outside of filing and pursuing a successful lawsuit.
Am I wrong?
