From Briefing.com: 09:00 ET Tech Downgrades: Dell Computer (DELL) and Microsoft (MSFT) downgraded at SG Cowen. (CNBC). 09:23 ET Microsoft (MSFT) 159: --Update-- SG Cowen says believes stock likely to trade sideways until unit growth triggers emerge in a few quarters. Says recent survey suggests sluggish PC unit outlook and decline in corporate N. American PC unit sales in 1999. I think they have done with their sale into the rally, so now they downgrade. Expect more brokerage do this.
