Bob,

the last time I checked, SE was still something like 79% institution owned and 9% insider held, leaving a float of not much more than 10%.

I was not talking about "strong buys" but rather these institutions. A big holder is selling, why? The other scenario may be some day trading mo mo players have been active. I have no information nor data to support either theory so it is only my 2 cents, for what ever its worth.
