I think the deal between Time Warner and MFNX today ( a 20 year contract! have you ever heard of such a thing?!!! ) offers more proof how valuable this asset is.

Just think, folks, this is just barely out of the gate.

Off Topic...I knew it was only a matter of time before articles such as this showed up:

Raytheon Corp. has gone to court against individuals who posted stock chat room messages on Yahoo! which the company says revealed trade secrets. Raytheon is asking that Yahoo! Inc. be forced to reveal the identities of the discussion board participants, ZDNet reported. "We encourage the free exchange of information among our employees, but the issue here is the disclosure of proprietary financial and business strategy information," spokeswoman Toni Simonetti was quoted saying. The lawsuit was filed in Middlesex Superior Court in Cambridge, Mass. The messages dealt with the company's financial health, pending business deals, and confidential employee data, the published report said.
