Vman: as a 'pocket protector' type (but not one who actually 'packs' one) I would agree that a person with telecom marketing background would be well suited here. Not IMO so much as a rah rah type on the front lines - not necessarily a 'face' person - but someone who will give the street some confidence that G* is interested in selling the service and now has a body in the position who knows how to do it. Motorola's perception has always been one of "Gee that is a neat science fair project but now what?" Seems they are always tops on the engineering but lacking in the definition of the market they are trying(?) to serve. Let's get a strong consumer marketing type in the head shed and show the street the brain cells are now being devoted to getting the word out. Good opportunity for Bernie to brush up his rep. If he makes the right move now, it will show he has been working on this for awhile. Jeff Vayda
