Y2K will be a killer in places like Brazil, etc where they have not done any prep work.

There will be a dozen countries that will have legitamate - bottlenecks, shortages and GDP drops due to Y2k and they will seize this trouble to devalue, default or take other measures on foreign debt and obligations.

Bankers and other are coming to this realization.
