Thanks Greg, extremely well said. I wish more companies would do this sort of thing for their shareholders. The misinformation that can run rampant here is just unbelievable, and a few words from the horses mouth can really help those of us who do care about what happens to our investment.

Humble thanks, Greg, for your kind words, pretty much as I expected, and then some.

However, I am disappointed that you chose not to answer the truly relevant questions I've repeatedly asked on this thread:

1) What happened regarding AOL? Never saw the PINC stuff there, been 1/2 a year now.

2) What happened regarding Pacific Dynamics? Their web site is still inaccessible, though it used to say it would be up before the beginning of this year - pacd.com

3) How will PINC benefit from the WebChoice deal, given their product is available to the consumer for free?

Too bad about MZD, the "strategic tigers."

You may note that #reply-6216167 about MZD was the one truly positive post of mine on this thread. Very interesting that this is the first we hear about MZD/PINC being no more.

Sorry to hear that sales were not as high as you anticipated, but you'll probably not be surprised to read that I definitely did expect that.

I'll chose to totally ignore all your personal comments about me, since they have absolutely nothing to do with PINC, the subject of this thread, and will eagerly await an update of the financials - planetcity.com

Sincerely hope you reconsider your decision not to post here again, and at least answer the above questions.

Cheers,

Svejk

Kraft...selective amnesia?

First, I have no connection or relationship to Josef in anyway.
Addressing Josef as if we are one and the same is misguided.

Second, did you forget that you contacted ME?

Yes you did when you notified me that the favorable review you were going to receive in a major magazine didn't materialize. You asked me
specifically how this matter should be handled with investors and
especially another participant on this thread who you had also given forewarning that this review would occur.

We also spoke about how other investor related items should be handled including what accounting firm you should hire for investor credibility. I suggested Ernst & Young.

You thanked me for my input and suggestions

I'm not going to rebut your message point for point, since IMO you have done yourself more harm than good with your VISCERAL reaction.
IMO your response was very unprofessional.

However, I will note two points where your logic made quite a quantum leap.

1). Where I said "to think I caught Kraft not telling the truth" is not the same as saying that "Kraft is a liar".

However, you in your email to me said on one hand you have no relationship with GTCI except for your 10,000 shrs and on the other hand you were exploring a relationship with GTCI for a Chinese arrangement. Kraft, the first statement precludes the second. Is this inconsistency that unclear to you? Being inconsistent is not exactly being "truthful".

2). I have in no way said that I was impersonating a SEC official.....
Playing "snoop" and gathering information about what I believe to be improprieties is a far cry from the libelous assertions that you have made about my claims. Furthermore, I have forwarded all information to the SEC regarding WSRG and WSRG's touts to the SEC for the SEC to decide what to do. John Stark knows exactly who I am since I have regularly provided him with my name, address and phone number.

3). Too bad you lost MZD, since this was a major claim that you made to legitimacy in your conversations with me. You said to me why hasn't anyone called MZD to verify that we are one of their accounts. Don't you think they did any DD on us? Now again you are in search mode....How come you still haven't identified who your accountant is?

Now I have still NOT called PINC a scam. However,
when I questioned your use of a stock promoter you went into a complete reactionary mode and now have further felt the need to vilify me, whereas before you were openly accepting, and even requesting advice from me......

My opinion has remained the same, neither your use of using a stock promoter or your "retort" here has helped your own stature or that of the company you represent.

Again IMO, PINC would do themselves a tremendous service for their
company's creditability if they relieved you of your services for them immediately.

Sincerely,

ztect
