Thanks Howard - I can see the bid ask, but sales are going through consistently below them - is that what you see on L2 too? Datek quotes are sometimes screwey.

They say Nasdaq is a "negotiated market" so an MM is apparently not obliged to hit the best bid or ask. Looks to me like the stock is trading below where some MMs what it to be.
