Dave, your posts have always been very straight forward and leave little to speculate between the lines. My read is that you have collected all possible information relevant to this matter and concluded that you have obtained enough to know which direction MGR should and can travel in to benefit both the current and new shareholders. Ofcourse the one required and must be satisfied part to any settlement by you is for the long term health and continuation of MGR. In this I will agree, a short term gain that may jeopardize a continuation and growth of MGR is not acceptable. I know Phil and others have been let down long ago and would have perfered to have invested elsewhere, and would like to get their investment back and reinvest, but your vision of MGR is for a strong and long term successful company first, and if pushed, required. I way I view things is that this type of leadership comes out a winner in the long term much more than those unwilling to take the heat when the short outcome is less than good. I'am glad you are firm here and not saying that you will relax or lessen your long term goals for MGR thru a trade for short term gain at the expense of the long term goals you feel are possible. My vote is now to support whatever Dave sees as being the proper move. I noticed someone today did a "vote", and to use BearCatBob's way to explain it, and moved the stock down 23% in a no confidence vote. One day at a time until BIG and Breaking News happens. Doug
