Jon, Would like to possibly invest in this company, but it
sounds like quite a few unresolved issues. Has this company published any kind of balance sheet on earnings for their last quarter or year?
Patent issues can be very sticky. For small companies like this it could drive them out of business. I wouldn't weight it as just one negative versus 99 positive issues. Has anyone checked on Form 505 filings etc.? If so, what does it show? If not, then the DD being done in entirely inadequate. If the management won't give straight answers and "talk around" subjects that absolutely pertinent, then IMO it's red flag time. Just a few thoughts and concerns. Sounds like an interesting "story" but is there some REAL substance--i.e. not smoke and mirrors.

Jon,
re your 2941, now I have to admit that I disagree profoundly with that philosophy. I DO know a lot more about this company now than I did two weeks ago. That is a given.
It is also not enough for me. I have learned some things that may or may not be positive about the stock. I have learned some things that may or may not be negative about the stock.
However, if this is just a day trading opportunity like it seems to be to some, then that is fine. I am NOT, repeat NOT, picking on Jane Jackson, but she is back after doing some trading in other stocks. That is perfectly fine and meets her criteria. Let all investors enjoy this thread. And, I only mention Jane (and Jane please don't take offense to my mentioning your name) as an example.
I, on the other hand, am a long-term investor. I don't have the intelligence to be a day trader. I also don't want to take the risk levels necessary to be a day trader. I have been there and done that, and have won some and lost some doing that.
But, Jon, a patent issue is extremely important to micro-cap stocks.
Believe me, I DO know that. As an investor, it is in my hands to find out everything I can about patent issues, stock squabbles, etc. And, I am not yet comfortable about those issues to drop them. Whether on not the company is aware of them is not sufficient to me as an investor. If some other investors are going to drop 270K shares at $85K IS very important to me.
In summary, I am going to question and question and question MRPS.
