Dave: We all have different comfort levels. We all need to know some facts, less for some, more for others. You are comfortable with the contract onfo, and "promised" financials. I and others do have other legitamite concerns. Why is the current legal action not included in the "Investors Pack" What about the Patent, Trademark, and comments by CTRL President. re: ownership of name and product?? the questions asked and answers unearthed make this thread and the participants GREAT !!! Lets incourage it not discourage it. Brian P.S. I was right about CTRL being a distributor for MRPS, I was just in error about the timing.

Dave, Re your 2960, I agree that the glass is 13/16 full but it isn't full. And, a unique product is great if someone else doesn't have the same product to sell. If they have the same right to sell it, it isn't unique. Vic
