RE your 2964, no there isn't a cohesive consensus here. And, I submit that there shouldn't be. I like honest debate. I want anyone and everyone to challenge anything I say. If I am wrong, I am wrong.
If Mr. Gayle and other management is right, they are right.
Debate is informative to all of us.
