Hello

LCAN came up during lunch today ... and I was reading your post #3

Leisure Canada has a 50-year lease (with a 25-year option) on three of the hottest undeveloped resort properties in Cuba. The Cuban government has a 50% stake in the projects.

It was mentioned in casual conversation, that one of the attractions of Leisure Canada in Cuba, as that while it is true that most foreign businesses would be "influenced" to have a 50% partnership with the government, Leisure Canada was to be one of the few companies that actually owned 100% of the land and businesses in Cuba ..

Should I go visit a doctor and have my ears cleaned? or, can these statements be true?

Any thoughts or comments?

Take care.
