I don't believe they can afford to buy 10M stocks at this time, maybe, if they announce it to buy during the next 3 years. By the way, they are trying to run different bussinesses under the same management. For example, Building computers is not just putting things together, needs VP of Engineering, director of Engineering, Hardware, software, compatibility, quality, etc Engineering teams. I wonder if they have the right organization together,and It costs money. Best Regards.
