Manley was very bullish last Summer and saw "no problems" just before the meltdown. He then turned VERY cautious at the Oct bottom. he is now bullish again and sees "no problems we can't handle thru printing more money" -g-

yes, i do use this clown as a timing device, but it is patented -g-
