I agree!! VTS is lagging badly because their earnings happened to come out at the beginning of the rally and someone or some fund was dumping. This presented a wonderful buying opportunity. Over the last several months, VTS has been about a buck or two less than PGO. IMO VTS is way undervalued and this will be eventually recognized by the market.

Nice profit taking as oil up another $.34 bbl. Apparently there is a new mantra, because it is no longer "It's the price of oil". Eh, what do the oil traders know anyways?? They only do it for a living.
