Maryland plays Valpo in the first round. Valpo lost four starters from last year's team that made it to the sweet sixteen. I don't expect Valpo to upset Maryland because they start three freshman, one senior, and one junior. Only one senior on the whole team. They are very good though. Three Croations, one is 6'11", one 6'10" and the other comes off the bench as a guard, 6'5". They are an exciting team to watch and they play with confidence and heart but they are outclassed this year. No more miracles this year for Valpo. Watch Lubos Barton, freshman 6'7". If he has a good shooting day, he can hit the three's and will make the game somewhat close. HiTech
